I would give it zero stars if I could because it is a WORTHLESS catfishing scam. I spent hours setting up a survey form with this add on to limit the number of respondents. Sent it out to the group of participants and within a day noticed that the selection limiting was not working. When I checked, CAPY said I have to pay $37 dollars for it to work. This is hoey, there was nothing about a fee during setup, they just are tying to scam people who already invested time in setting up their forms. You as a consumer should avoid this add on, and whoever developed it should be ashamed of themselves for conning people. Is this review helpful?
