CitApp is a free citation tool for students. This add-on brings it into Google Docs™, so
you can cite your sources without switching tabs.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Save sources to a CitApp project at citapp.org — paste a link or DOI and CitApp fetches
   the bibliographic details automatically.
2. Open the CitApp sidebar in Google Docs™ and connect your account with a one-time code.
3. Browse your sources, grouped the same way as your CitApp project, each showing the
   source link and any excerpt you saved.
4. Click Insert to drop a correctly formatted citation marker at your cursor.
5. Click "Update reference list" to generate or refresh a References section built only
   from the sources you actually cited in the document.
