Snapshots update when you edit cells in the range, so recipients always get current information. Edit or cancel anytime from the sidebar.

3. Smart Trigger
Watch a column for value changes and auto-send when a condition is met. Pick a trigger column (e.g., "Status" or "Approval"), set a condition using one of five operators — equals, does not equal, contains, greater than, or less than — and choose your recipients. When a cell matches, that row's snapshot is emailed automatically. Each row fires once per transition, so recipients aren't spammed with duplicates.
