This add-on just came out and is already having a lot of issues! It does not work half of the time and when it does, it takes so long before something is logged in, that it is often faster to just forward everything and not use it! Indeed, it takes forever to find a matter name... When there is more than one document attached to an email, you have to manually add them one by one and re-enter the matter name every single time! It is so frustrating I do not understand how that add-on was approved with so many issues! They also remove the possibility to add time, tasks or calendar events into Cli!? This makes this app totally useless and I am very disappointed! We really need a functional app to integrate with gmail!!! I would also love to have the possibility to convert email into tasks or email directly from gmail with a link to the actual email from the Clio Task or event created that way!! This would be huge productivity improvement! This should be a PRIORITY for Clio R&D Team!

Totally agree: "I would also love to have the possibility to convert email into tasks or email directly from gmail with a link to the actual email from the Clio Task or event created that way!! " Documents management is less efficient that the old one. You should review this also as it is frustrating to add documents one by one.

Je viens d'installer le logiciel clio donc il me faut un peu de temps pour l'apprécier
