Code Blocks makes it easy to put your code into Google Docs. Simply select some text, click the "Format" button, and it will be formatted with the color theme of your choice.

The formating is not always right. Makes you strive more after with making you reformat, correcting typography.

Vraiment super ! On sélectionne le code, on appuie sur le bouton bleu "Format", et l'extension applique la coloration syntaxique instantanément, comme on est habitués avec les IDE et éditeurs de code. Ma prochaine étape : Configurer AutoHotKey pour mapper une combination de touches (ex. Ctrl-Win-S) à un clic sur le bouton "Format" et gagner une seconde à chaque manipe ! Cerise sur le gateau : L'extension se souvient du dernier langage informatique utilisé et du dernier thème utilisé pour la coloration syntaxique.

Très mal faite. L'extension supprime parfois des parties aléatoires de votre fichier docs. Je me suis malheureusement rendu compte de ce problème juste avant de rendre mon compte rendu, ce qui m'a fait tout recommencer. Je ne la recommande à personne.

It would be interesting if on top of the box, we could have a button to copy to clipboard (like how it is on websites). Other than that, it works fine!

That's a cool code formater, to show code in documents. (But you can use it in a normal text, to have fancy formatting if you wish, and want to experience it.) You select the text, you select the code (a long list) and you have a nice readable text in a cell, like the one that would be shown with a screenshot from a console. If you don't want a cell, select "no background". Very good to make programming documentation! I wish it could allow us to make custom style or to modify the styles though.

It feels better than normal text. I'm actually using it on PHP : it doesn't detect function or class names. In PHP at least, it doesn't detect much anyway. There's no indentation and it isn't possible to use tab for spacing, like someone else explained. I can't edit inside a formated text, it's worst, so I have to reformat. But for no real reason, it still good to have.

It's a nice to have, but lacks basic features such as automatic indentation or at least letting us use tab for spacing and not for going to the next element of text in the document. Also, the converter is not consistent when formatting. It thinks you are commenting when converting a for-loop, it doesn't always detect function or class Names correctly... Still better than plain text though. It doesn't have C# in the languages either. I'm using automatic so I don't know which language it is choosing.

Vraiment bien. Je mettrai 5 étoiles quand on aura la possibilité de : - définir des favoris (mémorisation langage + thème) - définir ses propres thèmes
