Create Google Forms™ forms with Coevera CRM Fields
Using a simple step-by-step wizard, you can create Google Forms™ form from scratch or based on a simple template. You might want to create a registration form for an event, for example, or an online “Contact Me” form.  The Add-on lets you link the options in those forms with the fields from a Coevera CRM Lead, Account or Contact record and assign the Owner for the newly created records. You can also select Coevera users who should receive a notification email when a new record is created.

Attach Google Forms™ into Website
After you create a Google Forms™ form with your Coevera CRM fields linked to the form options, you can attach it to your website, share it via email or send a direct link to your customers.

Capture records in Coevera CRM and in Google Sheets™
When somebody completes and submits the  Google Forms™ form, the Coevera CRM Forms Add-On creates a new record in Coevera CRM.
