You can launch Cogilo directly from the Extensions menu in Google Docs:

Analyze your entire document or a specific selection of text. Cogilo provides a deep, surgical reflection on four key cognitive patterns: Analysis Paralysis, Information Overload, Uncertainty, and Flow State. For each, you'll receive a score, concrete evidence from your text, and actionable feedback to mitigate challenges and amplify your strengths.

-- HIGHLIGHTING --
Click »Highlight in Document« for any cognitive pattern, and Cogilo will instantly mark the passage where that pattern is most evident. Your cursor will automatically jump to the location for immediate review.

-- REWRITE SUGGESTIONS --
After highlighting a passage, an "Improvements" box appears with powerful rewrite capabilities:

Get Suggestions: Receive actionable advice and a complete rewrite of the passage, powered by Claude Opus 4 - the best language model for writing.
Compare Side-by-Side: Click »Apply This Rewrite« to insert the new version directly above the original. Clear delimiters make it easy to compare the changes.
Accept or Reject: You are in charge. Click »Accept Rewrite« to replace the old text permanently, or »Reject Rewrite« to discard the suggestion and keep your original text.

The integrated chat window allows you to have an open-ended conversation with our AI about your analysis. Ask for specific advice, explore your results further, or get new ideas on how to improve your thinking.
