The Google Sheets™ add-on “College Compare” is a powerful tool for comparing colleges and universities across the United States. With this add-on, you can easily compare factors such as tuition, acceptance rate, graduation rate, student-to-faculty ratio, and more. The add-on also provides a wealth of other information, such as the college’s location, driving miles and time away from your home, campus size, and academic offerings.

How to Use

To start using the "College Compare" add-on, type the name of a school into the sidebar and (optionally) enter your ZIP code. Choose from any college in the United States.

Once you choose a school, College Compare adds it as a new row in the spreadsheet. You can repeat this process to add more schools to your comparison.

The dashboard tab shows each school’s ranking compared to the other schools in your list. See where each school stands compared to the others.

Pricing

College Compare is free for three schools for seven days, then $15 for a lifetime license. No subscription is needed.
