How to install:

Open a new or existing Google Sheets™ attendance sheet

Go to Google Workspace™ Marketplace to install the add-on

After installation, check the Extensions menu. If the add-on is not visible, try re-opening the sheet

From the menu, select “Set up web app” and follow the steps in the sidebar

How to use:

In the Extensions menu > Set up web app, click the Link button to open the attendance page and share the link with greeters

On the attendance page, use the filter, search, or linked names to locate an attendee

Use the details shown under each name to greet the attendee

Click the name to toggle between Absent and Present (or custom statuses)

Click Reload to sync the latest data from Google Sheets™
