Open the sidebar from your Docs add-on menu, then it will display all of your saved comments. You can click the copy button and then paste the comment directly into the document or wherever they are needed.

The comments are stored in a spreadsheet in your MyDrive and can be edited however you please. The first column will appear automatically but the other columns will be collapsible so you can store many comments and find them quickly.
