Previous version of the review was wrong, the app correctly extracts context in most cases.
Turns out the problem appears only with particular setup - *.docx document imported in Google Docs, commented and than converted to Google Document format for app to work.
For some reason google's API don't have access to the context of such documents - even if you access comments directly via app script and official API - there won't be context, only comments itself. This is purely API limitation, nothing to do with app. If you work with native Google Documents - comments and context are extracted correctly.
5 stars, app is good and does what you expect (unless you work with imported .docx files)
