ComplyOnSite provides practical browser tools for construction and waste operators. Create documents, check information and download files for your work. The tools described below are free and require no ComplyOnSite account.

RAMS Builder
Choose the work, answer questions about the site and working method, and review the risk assessment and method statement alongside the document preview. Download the PDF. Your editable draft is saved in this browser on this device so you can return to it.

SDS to Excel
Choose a safety data sheet PDF from your device. Review its product details, hazards and ingredients against the source pages, then download an Excel workbook with Summary, Hazards, Ingredients and Sections sheets. The tool reads text-based PDFs up to 40 MB in your browser. It identifies unreadable or unrecognised content so you can check the original sheet.

Optional Google Drive™ connection
Save a RAMS PDF directly into a ComplyOnSite folder in your Google Drive™. The folder is created on the first save and reused later, even if you rename or move it. The save confirmation includes a link to open the file. You can also choose an SDS PDF from Google Drive™ for conversion.

The connection uses your own Google account and the drive.file permission, covering files you choose or create with the app. File contents and access tokens stay in your browser or pass directly between your browser and Google. ComplyOnSite does not receive them on its servers. Connecting requires internet access; you can cancel or retry without losing your work. Device files and local downloads remain available without connecting.
