Conecta Control sets the conditions for signing in to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Slack. With SSO and conditional access rules, users can only sign in at allowed hours, from allowed networks and browsers. Having the password does not mean having permission to sign in. For Google Workspace administrators • SSO with Conecta Control as the identity provider (IdP) for your domain. • Access policies by user, group or department, enforced at sign-in. • Active Directory sync: the computer password is the same as the Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 password. One password per user and fewer reset tickets. • Logs of every sign-in attempt, allowed or blocked: who, when, from where and with which browser. Context-based conditional access • Time of day and day of the week, by shift or schedule. • Authorized IP addresses, DNS (including DDNS) and VPN. • Browser and operating system. • Automatic blocking on holidays, vacations and leaves of absence. Work-hours control integrated with time clocks • Sign-in is enabled at clock-in and ended at clock-out, closing sessions when the workday is over. • Works with Sólides Tangerino, Senior Sistemas, VR Gente and other time clock systems. • Approved overtime in a few clicks: exceptions per person and per day, with an hour limit. Audit and compliance • Audit trail for data protection compliance (LGPD), internal audits and labor claims. • Reduces the risk of unrecorded overtime and after-hours access. Who it is for • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administrators, IT and information security teams. • HR and payroll teams that need working hours to apply to digital tools too. • Companies with 50 to 1,000 employees, law and accounting firms and shift-based teams.
