Contract & Proposal Preflight is a read-only document quality check for contracts, proposals, bids and statements of work. It finds consequential finishing defects while the current document remains visible for human review.

WHAT IT CHECKS
• Find bracketed and token-style placeholders that were not replaced.
• Flag defined terms that appear unused or are referenced with inconsistent capitalization.
• Surface likely variants of the same legal or business entity name.
• Identify mixed date styles and mixed currency notation.
• Navigate directly from a finding to the exact text in the current document.
• Review the current document without changing its contents.

HOW IT WORKS
Open the add-on from Extensions inside Google Docs™, choose Run preflight, review the results, and navigate directly to any location that needs attention.

PRIVACY
• Access is limited to the current document where the user runs the add-on.
• Document text and findings are not sent to Tidy Work Labs servers.
• Document text and findings are not retained by Tidy Work Labs.
• The add-on does not modify document contents or sharing settings.

LIMITS
• Scans are bounded to 200,000 characters per run.
• The add-on is available in desktop Google Docs™ because Editor add-ons are not available in the mobile editor apps.
• The product provides document quality assurance only. It is not legal advice and does not replace professional review.
