The tool is really great, but for some reason it stopped working with creating the Forms and processing the forms answers. Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

I have a question regarding create a rubric. I downloaded Corubric from G suite, I filled in the rubric and the student names and teacher names. The next step in the video says click on "add-ons" -create rubric. I don't have that option. When I click on Co-rubric under "add-ons" it just says help. It does not give me the option to create the form Please let me know if I am missing a step or need to download something else.

I would love to use this program, but it's not giving me averages for the Aspects or Overall Grade. Even after my students complete the rubrics, all I see after processing are zeros. I want to try this again and if anyone can help me (if I'm using the program wrong) or if the issue can be fixed, it would be great.
