Live price for a tokenized real-world asset — 700+ stocks, ETFs and commodities such as NVDA, TSLA, SPY and GOLD. Add a currency suffix, for example "AAPL-GBP", to quote in another currency. A second argument returns "price", "marketcap" or "volume".

Historical OHLCV table that spills into the cells below: Date, Open, High, Low, Close and Volume, for up to 365 days. Available on the Base and Pro plans.

Every formula recalculates like any other spreadsheet function, so it can be referenced by SUM, charts, pivot tables and conditional formatting in the usual way.


THE SIDEBAR

Open the sidebar from Extensions → CryptoTrackPro → Open CryptoTrackPro. It provides:

• Asset search with autocomplete. Type a name rather than a ticker — "apple" finds AAPL, "ethereum" finds ETH — across the top 1,000 cryptocurrencies and every tokenized stock, ETF and commodity available. Tickers outside the suggestion list still work when typed in full.
• One-click insert. The chosen asset is written into the selected cell as a ready-made formula, so you do not have to remember the syntax.
• A quote-currency picker (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, JPY, CHF, CNY, INR, KRW, BRL, ZAR, plus BTC and ETH) that is applied to the formulas you insert.
• A technical-analysis section for inserting RSI, MACD and OHLCV history formulas.
• Your live daily usage — lookups used, your limit and your current plan.
• The auto-refresh toggle.


MENU COMMANDS

Extensions → CryptoTrackPro gives you:

• Open CryptoTrackPro — opens the sidebar.
• Refresh All Prices — refetches every CryptoTrackPro formula in the spreadsheet at once.
• Insert Formula — inserts a price formula into the selected cell.
• Create Tax Report — builds a cost-basis sheet: enter each purchase (coin, date, quantity) and the historical buy price, per-lot profit or loss and short-term or long-term classification are filled in for you.
• Usage Status — shows today's lookup count and your plan.


HOW PRICES REFRESH

Prices are fetched when a formula first evaluates and are then served from a short-lived cache, so a busy dashboard does not consume a lookup for every recalculation.

You can refresh on demand at any time with Refresh All Prices. In addition, turning on Auto-refresh re-runs your prices every 30 minutes on the Base plan or every 5 minutes on the Pro plan, for as long as the CryptoTrackPro sidebar is open in that spreadsheet — Google Sheets™ add-ons cannot run a timer in a closed sidebar. Prices also refresh when you reopen the spreadsheet, within your daily lookup allowance.


DATA SOURCE

Cryptocurrency and tokenized-asset prices come from CoinMarketCap. Historical daily closes are matched to exchange candle data. Tokenized real-world assets are blockchain tokens that track an underlying stock, ETF or commodity; their traded price follows the underlying but can differ from it, particularly for thinly traded tokens. Prices are provided for information only and are not investment advice.


PRIVACY

CryptoTrackPro stores only your email address, your plan and your daily lookup count, which is what the plan limits are enforced against. The contents of your spreadsheets are not read, transmitted or stored, and cell values are never sent to our servers — only the asset symbol and currency you ask for. GETTING STARTED

1. Install CryptoTrackPro and open a spreadsheet in Google Sheets™.
2. Choose Extensions → CryptoTrackPro → Open CryptoTrackPro and grant the requested permissions.
3. Type =cryptotrackpro("BTC-USD") in a cell, or search for an asset in the sidebar and click Insert. Turn on Auto-refresh to keep the sheet updating while the sidebar is open.
