HOW IT WORKS
1. When you sign up, Cultivate seamlessly integrates with your workplace G Suite and other  digital communication platforms, like Slack.
2. Invite managers at your company to use Cultivate. 
3. When a manger opts-in to Cultivate, we’ll use our A.I., a mix of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing, to learn how they communicate with direct reports at work.
4. Cultivate sends managers measurable metrics about their digital behavior and nudges them to lead more effectively.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
Cultivate works by analyzing a manager’s own messages, inbox, and calendar. Users must explicitly opt-in to Cultivate; they never see or otherwise gain access to data that doesn’t belong to them, and HR never sees their personally identifiable Cultivate metrics. No data sharing, no performance reviews, just real-time digital awareness.
