CyberHoot Report Phish adds a one-click Report Phishing button to the Gmail™ sidebar, giving employees a fast and consistent way to flag suspicious emails without leaving their inbox.

When an employee opens a suspicious email and clicks the button, the full original message is forwarded as a complete .eml attachment to your organization's designated security mailbox or to CyberHoot for analysis, preserving all headers and content exactly as received. This gives your security team the same fidelity as Gmail™'s own "Show Original" feature, so nothing is lost between what the employee saw and what gets investigated.

An administrator configures the destination email address once from within Gmail™, and the setting applies domain-wide to every user in the organization, no per-user setup required. The add-on requests only the narrow permissions needed to read the single open message and send the report, and never accesses any other mail in a user's inbox.

For organizations using CyberHoot's security awareness training platform, reports submitted through this add-on are automatically credited toward the reporting employee's Hoot Score, reinforcing good phishing-reporting behavior as part of an ongoing awareness program.
