DataMoov brings your marketing, CRM and database numbers into Google Sheets™ and lets you ask for them in plain words. Ask a question and it fetches the real numbers and puts the answer in a new tab. Ask for a dashboard and it builds one, charts included. It all happens in the spreadsheet you already work in.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Ask a question, get a table. "Spend, clicks and impressions by campaign last month" arrives as a new tab you can check, share and refresh.
• Ask for a dashboard. DataMoov builds scorecards, charts and the tables behind them, and notes in the sheet where every number came from.
• Build reports the familiar way. Pick a source, an account, the dates and the columns, preview the rows, then choose where they go.
• Keep them fresh. Refresh when you want, or hourly, daily or weekly. Dashboards refresh from the sidebar without asking the AI again.
• Keep your own work safe. DataMoov remembers exactly which cells it wrote. If someone has edited or moved them, the refresh stops instead of overwriting.
• Share the spreadsheet, not your logins. Colleagues see the tables and dashboards. Your connections, report settings and schedules stay private to you.
• Start from the guide. The first time you open DataMoov, it adds a short "Start here" tab that walks you through it.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS

• There is no DataMoov server. We do not collect or store anything from your connected accounts, and there is no tracking.
• Your access to each service is kept privately in your own Google account.
• Reports are written into your spreadsheet. Requests go only to the services you connect.
• Chat is optional and runs on your own AI key from Anthropic, OpenAI or Google Gemini™. When you use it, DataMoov sends your question, the conversation so far, the names of your connections and reports, column names, statistics, sample rows and totals to the AI provider you chose. Results of 20 rows or fewer may be sent in full. Your access details for each service are never sent.

PERMISSIONS

DataMoov asks for access to Google Sheets™ so it can read and write reports, to connect to external services so it can reach the providers you set up, to run on a schedule so reports can refresh, and to show its sidebar.

GOOD TO KNOW

• You need your own access to each service you connect, such as an ad account you can already open. Every source comes with a setup guide.
• Scheduled refresh times depend on Google's scheduling and limits.
• Your AI provider and some data services may charge for usage.
• Free for personal and commercial use.
