I was looking for a virtual data room to quickly sell a significant asset out of my super. the traditional players were simply priced beyond what made sense for this task. The AI data room was done in about 8 minutes. Seriously. It pulled in my sale docs. Tagged them and put them in a logical data room layout. I cloned the room for each buyer so I can have one for each of them. I have the potental buyers and their advisors in now and they think its the easiest deal room they have used. A really surprising product so well done.
