DeBounce for Google Sheetsโ„ข lets you validate, clean and enrich email lists without leaving your spreadsheet.

Key features:
โ€ข Validate single columns or entire ranges of email addresses.
โ€ข See clear results in new columns: deliverability status, reason, code, free vs business, and role accounts.
โ€ข Optional data enrichment: fetch full name and profile photo where available.
โ€ข Realโ€‘time DeBounce balance display based on your DeBounce account credits.
โ€ข Rowโ€‘byโ€‘row processing with live status, progress counter, and a Stop button.

How it works:
1. Open DeBounce from the Extensions menu in Google Sheetsโ„ข and connect your DeBounce API key.
2. Select the column or range containing email addresses.
3. Click โ€œValidate Selected Rangeโ€ to run validation.
4. Results are written into new columns to the right of your selection.

Data handling:
โ€ข Only the email addresses you select are sent securely to the DeBounce API.
โ€ข Your DeBounce API key is stored per user using Apps Scriptโ„ข user properties.
โ€ข The addโ€‘on does not access Gmailโ„ข, Contacts, Calendar, or Drive files outside the active spreadsheet.

A DeBounce account and API key are required. Learn more at https://debounce.com/solutions/api/ and https://help.debounce.com/integrations/debounce-for-google-sheets/.
