Denwaban is an AI phone receptionist service that answers your incoming calls for you.
With this app, Denwaban posts call notifications and AI-generated summaries straight to your Google Chat™ space. Even when nobody can pick up the phone, your team sees who called and what they need in real time - and can hand off only the calls that matter to the right person.

■ Key features
・Incoming call notifications: When a call comes in, a notification is posted to the linked Google Chat™ space.
・Shared call summaries: The AI posts a summary of the caller's name, purpose, and callback number.
・Hand off from chat: Mention the bot with a keyword in the space to transfer the ongoing call to a teammate.
・Easy linking: Issue a link code on the settings screen and send it in the space where you invited the bot - that's all it takes.

■ How it works
1. A Google Workspace™ administrator installs this app.
2. Issue a "link code" on the Denwaban settings screen.
3. Invite the Denwaban bot to the Google Chat™ space you want to use, and send the code to link it.
4. Register hand-off keywords and you're ready. From then on, incoming calls and summaries arrive in the space, and you can hand off calls from chat.

■ Data this app accesses and sends
This app sends the following to the Google Chat™ space you link: (1) call notifications, (2) the AI-generated call summary, and (3) the live call transcript - each AI and caller utterance is posted to the thread turn by turn. These may include the caller's name, callback number, purpose, and other personal information. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.denwaban.jp/privacy) and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
