HOW TO USE DIGILYTIKS GA4 CONSOLIDATOR

You can run the digilytiks GA4 Consolidator manually or set it to run on a schedule. Choose the option that best fits your workflow.

Manual Use

Ensure your GA4 data sheets are updated.

Navigate to Extensions → digilytiks GA4 Consolidator → Run Consolidator.

Scheduled Use

If your GA4 reports are scheduled to refresh periodically, consider scheduling the digilytiks GA4 Consolidator to run automatically.

Go to Extensions → digilytiks GA4 Consolidator → Schedule Consolidator.

A sidebar will appear with customizable scheduling options.

Align the schedule to run shortly after your GA4 reports refresh to ensure data accuracy.

HOW DIGILYTIKS GA4 CONSOLIDATOR WORKS

1. It checks the 'GA4 Reports Configuration' sheet to identify existing reports. Only reports listed here will be consolidated.
2. It loops through each report sheet, copying data to a new 'Consolidation' sheet. If this sheet already exists, the data is appended to the first available row.
3. After consolidation, the original GA4 data sheets are deleted to reduce clutter.
