Dioveo is an attachment manager for Gmail™. Search email attachments across your mailbox, bulk download files in a zip organized by sender and year, and automatically save new matches to your cloud drive.

Find any file
Search email attachments by sender, date, filename, file type, or keyword. Find a contract from two years ago, every invoice from one supplier, or all the photos someone sent you, without scrolling through your inbox. Recent files appear first while older messages are indexed. Files must still be available in your connected account.

Bulk download and export
Select files and download them together as a single zip, organized into folders by sender and year. Download all attachments from one sender or date range, or export your available attachment history in one pass. The Free plan covers 50 files per month across downloads and manual cloud saves.

Automatic cloud saves
Automatically save Gmail™ attachments to Google Drive™, Dropbox or OneDrive. Create a rule that matches a sender, a file type or words in the filename, then choose the destination folder. The Free plan includes one rule and 10 automatic saves per month.

Extract invoice data into Google Sheets™
The spreadsheet workflow reads a folder of invoices and extracts the fields you ask for, including supplier, date and total, then writes them into a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet. Spreadsheet workflows use a separate monthly AI processing allowance, shown in your account.

Connect an AI assistant (optional)
Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor through Model Context Protocol (MCP) to search attachments and read supported documents. Add Dioveo's server URL, sign in and choose the connection's permissions. Workflow drafts wait for your review and activation in Dioveo. The Free plan includes 30 document reads a month and Pro includes 500; searching and cached documents do not count. Assistant availability also applies.

Access and data handling
You sign in with Google and Dioveo never sees your password. Dioveo keeps a searchable index of your attachment details so it can find files quickly. Prepared download archives are encrypted and expire after seven days. Text extracted from documents for search or for a connected assistant is stored separately; the privacy policy sets out how long. Downloading or saving a copy does not remove anything from your mailbox. You can revoke access or delete your account and its data at any time.
