Discovered for Gmail™ keeps your candidate conversations in sync with your Discovered hiring platform, without leaving your inbox.
When you open an email from a candidate, the Discovered sidebar recognizes the sender and shows you who they are at a glance: their current stage, the job they applied to, and a link straight to their full profile in Discovered. The message you are viewing is synced to that candidate's record, so your communication history in Discovered stays complete even for replies that land directly in Gmail™.
The add-on is built to respect your inbox. It reads only the single message you have open, and only at the moment you open it. It does not scan, index, or store the rest of your mail. Messages from people who are not candidates in your account are simply ignored.
If a candidate has applied to more than one job, the add-on lets you choose the right one so the message is filed in the correct place.
Discovered for Gmail™ is a companion to the Discovered applicant tracking system. To use it, you need a Discovered account with Gmail™ integration enabled. You connect the add-on to your account once, and from then on it works quietly in the background while you read and reply to candidates.
