Overview
DocForge turns rows in Google Sheets™ into personalized Google Docs™ and PDF files through a one-template verified-batch workflow.

Use DocForge for certificates, letters, reports, intake summaries, confirmations, invoices, and internal case documents where a wrong or repeated batch is expensive.

BEST FIRST TEST
Copy the source spreadsheet, use a duplicate Google Docs™ template, and keep the test to one synthetic row. Choose an optional stable row ID, map every merge field, run Preflight, review the exact source-row values and output name, approve the preview, generate one Google Doc™ or PDF, and open it before a batch.

VERIFIED BATCH
- Durable proof bound to template version, source headers, field mapping, stable key, naming pattern, output folder, output type, and proof-row hash
- Blank and duplicate stable-key guards
- Output manifest with row fingerprint, generated file ID, template fingerprint, timestamp, and status
- Unchanged successful outputs reused instead of generated twice
- Changed workflow requires a new Preflight, preview, approval, and one-file proof
- Failed-only retry leaves successful rows untouched
- Expected, generated, reused, changed, failed, output-link, and error-phase reconciliation
- Recently selected templates recovered after the sidebar is reopened
- Google Docs™ and PDF output with no external storage of source rows or document contents

WHAT IT IS NOT
DocForge is not a document management system, approval or signature platform, payment workflow, webhook hub, legal automation tool, or universal Autocrat replacement. The current slice is one template and a verifiable batch.
