Absolutely this Docs to WP Pro extension is a time-saver in posting a google doc to a Wordpress website. I spent time checking and testing available extensions in the Marketplace and this extension ticks all boxes we are looking for: When you push the Google Doc to Wordpress site -- 1. It retains the text formats (bold, italics, headers) but the article text is clean ie without the unnecessary font style tags.; 2. Automatically uploads the embedded image to WP with it's alt text, and first image can be the featured image; 3. A setting to flag external links to open to a new tab (and an setting to tag noreferrer directive); 4.You can assign the categories, tags, meta-description/excerpt from within the extension interface in Google Docs side; 4. You can select content type :D to post the article to.; 5. Finally and the most important, prompt response of the extension developer on reported issues (used the Help link in the extension to reach out to the developer). And there are other features I haven't tested but for now these functionalities addresses my organization's needs. I'm writing this review, hopefully, to help those who are searching for solutions to hasten the time they spend to test solutions.
