The functionality in detail:
1) Create|Check Sheets
- create a new tab within your sheet, in order to setup your folders and files download options

2) General Information
- shows your current limit and download options

3) Download Now   
- start downloading your folders and files, according to your Source settings 

4a) Download Daily
- automatically download your folders and files, according to your Source settings (default: off)
- download time approx. 4am

4b) Stop Daily Download
- stop auto download of your folders and files


You can define which folders (and files) will be downloaded (default: all folders):

5a) Source all folders
- all folders including files will be downloaded

5b) Source starred objects
- only starred folders/files will be downloaded (folder including files, excluding subfolders)

5c) Source existing folders
- only folders (including files) which were already downloaded to your sheet will be uploaded

5d) Source folders only
- only folders excluding files will be downloaded
