Excellent productivity tool, allowing "storing" scanned documents (or other types of images/files/etc.) to be placed in spreadsheet. In a way I liked the original version where a folder link could just be pasted into the app, it gave more flexibility, though I do understand the current approach. Thank you for making this available. And extra thanks for making it free!!!

DropSpread didn't work for me. Instead, I just followed these steps: 1) Drag and drop your Word Doc. (from the documents folder on your computer) into your web browser. 2) Upload your Word Doc. to Google Docs (very easily by clicking the "Share" button and saving it as a Google Doc.) 3) Click the "Share" button again on the Google Doc. so that anyone with the link can view that doc. 4) Link the URL of that Google Doc into a Google Sheet. (Copy, paste) How: on the Google Sheet, click on "Insert" and then "Insert Link" and paste the copied URL link from your Google Doc. into the link box. Save! Quick, easy, and it works. Whereas, this app did not.

I use this every week to keep track of which of our test job files go with which issues. It works great. The process it is automating would not take terribly much longer to do manually, but getting a few seconds of your life back is always something to be thankful for.
