Connect a question and the add-on creates a single spreadsheet for your form, with one tab per connected question. You type the choices in column A, set a per-option limit in column B (Capacity), and watch sign-ups land in column C (Taken). That sheet is the whole dashboard — there is nothing else to learn.

🔄 Built from your sheet, rebuilt whenever you edit it
The sheet is the choice builder: edit it and the question follows. Sync runs on every submission, once an hour, whenever you open the sidebar, and on demand from the cog menu. Add a row, rename an entry, reorder the list — your multiple choice, checkbox and dropdown fields rebuild themselves.

🚦 Per-option capacity and quotas
Put a number in the Capacity column and that choice is removed automatically once it fills up. Leave the cell empty and it stays available. Ideal for time slots, workshop sessions, room bookings, class quotas and limited stock.

🔢 Response limit and scheduler
Set a maximum number of responses and the form closes on its own when the count is reached. The built-in scheduler takes open and close dates with timezone support, and the form closes on whichever comes first.

🔐 Access to one file, not your whole Drive
The add-on creates its own options sheet and never opens any other spreadsheet you own. It writes column C only — columns A and B belong to you and are never overwritten.

📥 Already keep your list somewhere else?
Put =IMPORTRANGE() in column A and pull that roster straight in. Formula results are read as plain values, so a list you maintain elsewhere can keep driving the form.
