Overview
Stop copy-pasting from EDGAR. Jive Data brings clean SEC data into Google Sheets™ with one custom function:

=jivedata(symbol, type)

No CSV hunts, no manual refreshes for static exports—build models and dashboards that update when you recalculate. Perfect for analysts, investors, and anyone who lives in spreadsheets.

📌 AT A GLANCE

📈 SEC filings — 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and more for U.S. tickers.

👤 Insider transactions — Form 4 (and 3/5) parsed into clear rows.

🏦 Institutional ownership — 13F/13D/13G holders plus full 13F by filer.

📊 10-K financials — Income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow in Google Sheets™.

⚡ One formula — =jivedata("AAPL","filings") — no extra UI after you authorize once.

📑 DATA YOU CAN PULL IN

• Insider transactions — Form 3/4/5 activity, one row per transaction: date, insider name(s), SEC transaction type, shares, value, price per share, filing link.
Example: =jivedata("GME","insider")

• SEC filings — Company filing list: date, company name, form type (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.), accession number, URL.
Example: =jivedata("AAPL","filings")

• Ownership — 13F/13D/13G holders for a stock: holder type, name, filing date, position value, portfolio value, link to the filer.
Example: =jivedata("NVDA","ownership")

• 13F holdings — A specific fund’s latest 13F: issuer, CUSIP, class, value, shares, filing date, filer name.
Example: =jivedata("berkshire-hathaway-inc","13F")

• Financials — 10-K statements from SEC XBRL: income statement, balance sheet, cash flow; line items with fiscal-year columns and units.
Example: =jivedata("AAPL","financials")

🚀 HOW TO USE

For insider, filings, ownership, and financials, the first argument is a U.S. stock ticker (e.g. GME, AAPL, NVDA).

For 13F, the first argument is the filer slug (e.g. berkshire-hathaway-inc). Browse filers and exact slugs at https://jivedata.com
