EduAssess is a Google Sheets™ add-on designed to help SENCOs, Learning Support Coordinators, and school leaders manage all student assessment and support data in one organised system. Built by Inclusive Learning Solutions Ltd, EduAssess streamlines everything from referrals to support applications to assessment outcomes, ensuring information is secure, consistent, and easy to access.

Referrals Tab – Record student referrals, reasons for assessment, caregiver contact, and consent tracking.

Support Applications Tab – Track applications for support, due dates, and results (Pending, Successful, Unsuccessful).

Year 11–13 Tabs – Maintain subject-specific assessment and support data, using dropdowns fed from the central “Options” list.

Options Tab – Customisable list of assessment conditions and supports, automatically feeding dropdown menus across all year levels.

Consistent Formatting – Built-in validation and formatting tools keep all tabs neat and “pretty” after edits.

Licensing System – Domain-based licensing ensures only authorised schools can unlock the add-on. Unlicensed users will see a simple pop-up directing them to purchase access.

EduAssess is a licensed product. Schools must purchase a domain-based license to unlock full functionality. Unlicensed users will be guided to the purchase page upon installation.
