The Email Address Extractor extracts email addresses from your Gmail and GSuite accounts and saves them in a Google Spreadsheet. The add-on can pull emails from the TO field (Recipients), the FROM field (Sender), CC field, BCC field, Reply-To addresses, the Email Body and the Email Subject line. You can also choose to extract names (aliases) only if the names are available in the TO, CC and FROM field of the email message. The names cannot be extracted from the message body or email signatures. The Gmail add-on runs in your Google Account and does not store, share or upload your data anywhere. It processes your Gmail messages and saves the emails directly in a Google Sheet in your Google Drive. The Email extractor add-on is fully functional but the free edition can process a maximum of 100 email threads from your Gmail mailbox. If you need wish to extract email addresses from a large number of Gmail labels, or extract addresses from old messages in your Gmail archives, please upgrade to the premium edition. The extractor add-on will apply the Label "Extracted" to all Gmail messages that have been processed. Once the extraction is complete, you can safely remove the label from your Gmail account manually. You can use advanced Gmail search operators to extract email addresses from specific messages. For instance, you can say from:paypal newer_than:7d to extract addresses from all emails of PayPal that were received in the last week. The addons is designed and develped by Amit Agarwal, Google Developer Expert for GSuite and Google Apps Script. It has been verified by Google for compliance with all their policies.
