The Email Address Extractor add-on for Gmail™ helps you easily extract email addresses from your Gmail and Google Workspace accounts and saves them in a Google Sheet. The add-on scans multiple email fields including TO (Recipients), FROM (Sender), CC, BCC, Reply-To addresses, plus the email body and subject line. When available, it can also extract sender names from the TO, CC, and FROM fields (note that names cannot be extracted from message bodies or signatures). Built with privacy in mind, this add-on runs entirely within your Google™ account using Google Apps Script™ and is developed by a Google Developer Expert. It doesn't store, share, or upload your data to any third-party servers. Instead, it processes your emails and saves contact information directly to your Google Sheets™. The free version allows you to process up to 100 email threads. For processing larger volumes of emails or accessing archived messages across multiple Gmail™ labels, a premium edition is available. The add-on marks processed messages with an "Extracted" label, which you can manually remove later. You can also use advanced Gmail™ search operators for targeted extraction - for example, "from:paypal newer_than:7d" will extract addresses from PayPal emails received in the last week.
