SEND FROM YOUR OWN MOBILE NUMBER

In most countries, your reminders can come from your own mobile number instead of Etisia's sender. Clients see a number they know, and their replies or call-backs come straight to your phone. It's free on every plan and in the trial: confirm the number with a 6-digit code, and switch back any time. It works for clients with a mobile number from your country. Not available in the US.

GIVE AN ARRIVAL TIME OR WINDOW

Write your own wording and use the Time ± button to add or subtract time from the appointment start. The text can give a window, such as "Our technician will arrive tomorrow between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM", or an earlier time, such as "Please arrive by 9:45 AM to fill out the forms". Add the Appointment location tag and each client also gets the address, or the video-call link, from the event's Location field. The preview shows the result before you save.

MOVED APPOINTMENTS UPDATE THEMSELVES

Move an appointment in Google Calendar and every reminder that hasn't gone yet moves with it, with the new date and time in the text. If the client already got a text with the old time, Etisia sends a change notice with the new time a few minutes after your last edit.

A BOOKING MESSAGE, THEN THE REMINDER

Optionally send a booking message within minutes of adding a new appointment, so the client has the date and time in writing. Quiet hours keep texts from going out late at night.

SEE REMINDER STATUS AT A GLANCE

Add clear labels to your appointments, including (SMS ready ✅), (SMS sent ✅), (SMS missed ❌), (SMS Opt-Out ⚠️) and (SMS: no number). Open the Etisia side panel for the recipient, message preview and reminder details. "Sent" means the message was submitted successfully; it does not confirm delivery to the client's phone.

STOP RETYPING RETURNING CLIENTS' NUMBERS

Add a client's full name and mobile number to an event, or import your contacts from iOS, Android or a vCard file. Etisia can save those details and match them to future appointments. It also checks updated events and contacts for numbers added later, while there is still time to send a reminder.

MAKE CANCELLATIONS EASIER

Include a cancellation link in your reminder. When a client cancels through it, Etisia removes the appointment from your calendar and emails you, giving you a chance to refill the slot.
