Open the Etisia side panel for the recipient, message preview and reminder details. "Sent" means the message was submitted successfully; it does not confirm delivery to the client's phone.

Add a client's full name and mobile number to an event. Etisia can save those details and match them to future appointments. It also checks updated events and contacts for numbers added later, while there is still time to send a reminder.

MAKE CANCELLATIONS EASIER

Include a cancellation link in your reminder. When a client cancels through it, Etisia removes the appointment from your calendar and emails you, giving you a chance to refill the slot.
