Simplify the process of event sign-up with forms and calendar entries.

Create a form that collects email addresses. Create a calendar entry for an event. Users submitting the form will be added as participants to the calendar event. Collect form responses with additional information if needed.

This is a very simple solution for scenarios without manual intervention or approval.

Use cases:
* self-service event signup
* collecting information from event participants prior to signing them up
* other situations where people should be able to add themselves to a calendar event
