Pangkalahatang-ideya
Create Google Calendar™ events in bulk from the rows of a Google Sheets™ spreadsheet, and import (export) a calendar's events into a sheet, in a couple of clicks. Rerun it to sync your changes: events update instead of doubling.

SHEET TO CALENDAR
Pick your title and date columns, and if you have them start and end times, end dates, description, location, guests and color. Pick the calendar. Click Add to Calendar: every row becomes an event.
• A date alone makes an all-day event (with an end date, a multi-day one); a date and a time, a timed event.
• Shifts past midnight, date-and-time cells, times typed as 9:30 or 9.30 pm all work.
• Guests are invited only if you tick "Email the guests".
• Colors by name (Tomato, Sage, Blueberry…) or number.

NO DUPLICATES, EVER
Each row gets a linked Calendar event cell. Change the sheet and run again: the changed rows update their events, the unchanged ones are skipped. A Calendar sync column says what happened to each row, and what to fix when a row cannot be sent.

CALENDAR TO SHEET
Pick any calendar you can see and a range of days: EventFill writes its events into a new sheet with their dates, times, hours, location, description, guests and color. Use it for timesheets and reports, or edit the events there and send the changes back.

THE RIGHT TIME
Times are read in your spreadsheet's time zone, and daylight-saving changes are Google Calendar™'s job, not a guess.

PLANS
Free: 50 events a day, either way, every day. No sign-up, no card.
EventFill Pro: as many as you like. $4.99 a month or $39 a year, with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time from the sidebar.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
EventFill only reaches the spreadsheet you open it in and the events of your calendars; it cannot change your calendars' settings or sharing, and never touches your other files. It has no servers of its own: your data stays in your spreadsheet and your calendar, and payments go through Stripe.

Made for schedules kept in sheets: shifts and rotas, class and course timetables, content calendars, project milestones, bookings, events and trips.
