## Application Name

Expiry Reminders

## Short Description

Email reminders before the dates in your sheet expire: licences, contracts, certificates, subscriptions. One daily digest, one-click renew, and an alert if reminders ever stop.

## Detailed Description

```
Get an email before anything in your spreadsheet expires: licences, certifications, contracts, insurance, warranties, domains, subscriptions, permits, vehicle registrations and more. Expiry Reminders reads the dates already in your Google Sheet and sends one clear digest email on the days that matter.
WHY IT'S DIFFERENT
• Only sees the spreadsheet you use it in. It asks for access to the current spreadsheet, not all your files.
• Your data stays in your sheet. Only the items due that day (name, expiry date, days left) are sent to Doyouok, to count your items, alert you if reminders stop, and forward them to Telegram, Slack or Discord if you connect them. Notes, recipient addresses and the rest of your sheet are never sent.
• Preview first. You see the recipients and the exact email, and confirm, before anything is sent.
• One daily digest, not one email per row.
• Renew in one click. Press Renew in the sidebar (or type the new date) and reminders start over for the new date. No "sent" marks to clear.
• Tells you if reminders ever stop. Each spreadsheet checks in daily with Doyouok; if a run fails or stops, you get an alert.
• Leaves your tabs alone: no comments, protected ranges or frozen rows. A hidden log tab records what was sent, so nothing is sent twice.
FEATURES
• Works with your existing tabs: pick the "Item name" and "Expiry date" columns (guessed from your headers), or create a ready-made Expiry Tracker tab.
• Several tabs per spreadsheet, each with its own columns.
• Reminder schedule: 60, 30, 14 and 7 days before and on the day by default, other presets, or your own days (up to 10).
• After expiry: remind every week, every day, or stop.
• Choose the hour the email is sent, in the spreadsheet's time zone.
• Optional columns: Owner, Renewal term, Notes and Recipient email. A per-row recipient gets their own email with only their own items.
• Optional message at the top of every email.
• Optional "Days Left" and "Status" formula columns.
• Sidebar with a "Due soon" list and Renew buttons.
• Also get reminders on Telegram, Slack or Discord by connecting them at doyouok.com (same Google account, no separate sign-up).
• Runs every day, even when the file is closed.
HOW TO START
1. Open a spreadsheet and choose Extensions > Expiry Reminders > Open.
2. Pick the tab and columns, the recipients and the schedule.
3. Turn reminders on (previewing the email first is optional). A test email is sent right away.
PRICING
Free for up to 100 reminded items a year, with every feature (an item counts once a year, however many reminders it gets). Paid plans from US$5/month or US$50/year for 1,000 items, and 5,000 items from US$10/month or US$100/year: doyouok.com/home/pricing. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; cancel any time from your Doyouok account.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Emails are sent from your own Google account. Google limits add-on email to about 100 recipients a day on a free Gmail account and 1,500 on Google Workspace.
• Turning reminders on creates a free Doyouok account with your Google email. No password needed: sign in at doyouok.com with Google to upgrade or connect channels.
• Doyouok also receives the spreadsheet's ID and file name (to link it to your account) and, if a run fails, a short problem report so you can be alerted.
• In a shared spreadsheet, only the person who turned reminders on can change the settings.
