Extract Email Address Add-on extracts the email addresses you have communicated with from Google Gmail™ and writes to a Google Sheet™

The add-on can pull emails from the TO field (Recipients), the FROM field (Sender), CC field, BCC field, the Email Message Body and the Email Subject line.
