This worked out for me, but I had to tinker with it to figure it out. Running the extension took my column of hyperlinks and added the =HYPERLINK function. This allowed me to use formula to text, split, and index functions to get a nice tidy column of my URLs. Very happy I found this!

Impressive, good work. The only problem I have experienced is that the formula automatically encloses the value in quotations (even if the cell was originally formatted as a number). This is bad if you need to preserve these values as pure numbers (like if you're doing math operations with them for example). It would be really nice if the source was public as well, but good work still, 5/5

After you extract 'active range' use this formula on that range to bulk pull the URLs: =REGEXEXTRACT(FORMULATEXT(A2), "(https?://[^""]+)")

This addon doesn't work. It says the process is "Done", but nothing happens. Seems this project is obsolete until it's updated/fixed.

this does work but i needed another extension to get my task done. i paste blue text from a outside source. use this, as a way of like clicking edit link and applying it without actually doing that. then use another extension Link Extractor to convert a list of blue text into links. 800 youtube links made in a few secs in my case.

Works as described. Couldn't find any other solutions with scripts and RichText, but this add on fixed my issue and converted the hyperlink into a formula.

Refresh after installing to see the functions appear (in response to all the "Only shows 'Help'" comments). HOWEVER, it still doesn't work after running Extract URLS. I'm guessing the author has not maintained this project.
