The Addon requires only write access to the active spreadsheet, to paste the extracted table content from the image.

The demo on their website works great, it's only 2 use per day. I installed the add-on, and when trying to run it (same picture I used for demo) from Google sheet directly, did not work. Error message: "Server Error - Unauthorized" Waste of time @Google let's find another app which is working and remove that one please...

This app did not work for my purposes. I attempted to exact data from an HD photo to be placed into Excel/google sheets. The report I am working on is for an IT assets survey, in which Products like PC manufacture Model numbers, serial numbers, and Asset ID tags need to be recorded. I bought credits and tested a complicated blueprint photo to a simple TV/Display. Which had minimal data. I would perform the scan for an extended period of time (2mins+) and then come back with a server error. Then when I selected the report button. It displayed the selection of the button nothing happens or in other words, no action looks to be taken place. Along with no way to place additional information in the hope to help identify an issue and help to solve that issue. Trash App .... :(

It's not perfect, but it works better than the alternatives I've tried. Puts the data in the right column almost all the time and does a good job of recognizing handwritten entries. Sometimes confuses a lone "1" for other characters ("I", "/" or ")"), but otherwise has been pretty accurate in the 20 or so pages I've tried. Chokes on overly large images (>4k pixels in one dimension) and its error messages aren't very informative, but Saradhi replied to my help request very promptly.
