The product is excellent and very customizable. I was able to make it into exactly what I needed. The real star of the show is their customer support. I use the free version for now and they still helped me through a glitch that was no fault of the Forms. They walked me through the issue and got me up and running.

I've used this app for a few months now as an alternative to Form Publisher. This app has greater flexibility in how you generate files, allows you to notify different recipients with different requests (i.e by including conditional logic) and also allows you to attach different files to each recipients, if needed. It is also backed by a helpful support team in my timezone.

I tried a few few form managers before settling on Fast Forms to help automate the distribution of my google form responses. Even with an unpaid subscription, they were quick to answer my questions and help guide me through the set up as I was new to google forms. I've been using the Free version for a few weeks now and love it, but had a technical issue come up today. I reported it to tech support and the communication back was almost immediate, it happened to be a problem with an update on their end, but they let me know the issue and resolved it within a few hours. I immediately paid for the yearly service. These are the companies I am happy to support, problems always arise, but good communication and a quick resolution is worth paying for!
