Functionally speaking, this is the best e-fax app I have found that integrates with Google Workspace. We are a small mental health office and rely on HIPAA-protected faxes being both received and sent. The system itself generally works well though we have had some hiccups with other providers not being able to reach us despite having an open line. Recently, we had another medical office accidentally send us multiple copies of the same fax. It is unclear where the glitch was, either on the side of Fax.Plus or this provider's system but this resulted in us losing DOZENS of pages that count towards our monthly limit. A follow-up conversation with their customer service was terrible. There was no room for our account to be credited the fax pages we lost and the customer service representative was completely unsympathetic. For reference, we've gradually started to run over our pages each month and now have the largest subscription they offer. Do you think this would create any sway for us as a customer? Apparently not. Previous attempts to engage with their customer service department have also resulted in similar, underwhelming outcomes. We will be switching to another company and it will not be due to the functionality of the app itself.

Don't sign up!!! This app does not allow you to delete your account. I had to email their support team to ask how.... then they told me to go to their /delete-data page on their site. Then app ask me for password.... but I signed up using Google SSO so there are NO PASSWORD lol Now I have to email them again, and beg them to delete account. I only signed up to see how it works, and been spending all week trying to just close account lol ridiculous.

I don't like that this forces me to grade and review it before I can use it. It was easy to install and didn't take much time. That's all I know so far.

Misleading description. A plan and account with FAX plus are required to send any FAX. You are require to signup for a paid plan

The worst. Like everything else google puts out there. Installed it, can't find it. No idea how to use it. Stop hiring engineers to build things and send them into the ether and get someone else to make sure consumers can actually use it.

For those that maybe didn't read all the installation instructions... You can find the app when you go into Gmail. Its icon is a blue printer on the right-hand side of your screen (it's in a vertical sidebar with other icons, mine is just above the "+" sign. To show the side bar there is a left arrow at the bottom of the screen).

In trying the service to see if I wanted to buy it I was allowed to fax 5 pages but was led to believe it was 10. I attempted to fax 7 pages and then got a report that ONLY 5 of the 7 were transmitted, and CANNOT ascertain which of the 7 actually went and which 2 did not.... The ability to comprehend what was and was not faxed is critical to me for having a fax service.

Paid 8.99 so I could send a 40 page fax without signing up for a membership. But the fax keeps failing because its 'too many pages'..... Customer service says that apparently no matter how much credit you have, with a free plan you can still only send 30 pages at once. This a 'free' app only in that they use that to trick you into needing a membership to actually do anything with it.
