Horrible. Frequently does not open or load at all. When it does open or load, it does not always transfer/send entire threads to FileVine. Also, even when there are attachments, they do not show despite people's signature png/jpegs will. This plug in/add-on whatever you want to call it is supposed to make things more efficient, but it ends up taking more time. FileVine really needs to get it together when it comes it this.

What is going on here and why do I keep getting a message about filevine and asking me to set up a demo. I just need the app to work and this is not working!

It's a lot better now than it was, it's slow but stable (six months ago it didn't work at all). If you use Google Mail it's a must-have.

Very slow. Half the time won't pull up and gives ERROR message and cannot link emails to the file. Not sure if this is Google issue or Filevine issue.

Installed the add-on, opened an email, clicked on Filevine - selected the US - entered my Username and Password - received error message. Tried it 5 times, never worked. I went to the Filevine site to make sure I entered my credentials correctly - I did. Not impressed.
