Mail merge, but for PDF forms. Point FillMerge at any fillable PDF — W-9s, registration forms, certificates, government forms — and every row of your Google Sheet becomes a completed PDF.
How it works
1. Open your Sheet → Extensions → FillMerge → Open FillMerge.
2. Pick your PDF form with the Google file picker.
3. Match spreadsheet columns to PDF fields — FillMerge pre-matches them by name.
4. Generate: one filled PDF per row, saved to a Drive folder — plus an optional single merged PDF or a .zip download.
Private by architecture
Your documents are filled inside your browser. FillMerge's servers never receive your PDF, your sheet data, or your files — they only count how many PDFs you've generated. FillMerge can only open the one file you pick and only read the spreadsheet it runs in.
What it handles
• Text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdowns
• Filename patterns from your columns ("{Name} - Certificate.pdf")
• Date and number formatting per column, locale-aware
• Big batches: hundreds of rows in one run
Honest limits: forms must be fillable (AcroForm) PDFs. Scanned/flat PDFs and legacy full-XFA (LiveCycle) forms are detected and kindly explained — never mangled.
Pricing
Your first 20 PDFs are free — no card required. After that, one-time packs: 100 PDFs €5 · 500 PDFs €15 · 2,000 PDFs €39. Prices are final (tax-inclusive). No subscription.
