Use simple HTML tags to add bold and italics to your Google Forms
Works with:
190K+
Overview
This add-on allows you to use <b></b> to bold text and <i></i> to make text italic. Simply add the tags then run the add-on and the text will change. It currently works on most questions (just added title text as well, not description yet). Please watch the video.

Important Note: You need to close and reopen before the update button will show up (after you install) also, apparently it works only for English characters not for UTF characters.

Was super excited to find a font upgrade for Forms...something Google should have done in the first place - however, no matter how many times I try and how many ways I tpye it, the app does not work and will not bold.

Total useless. Hard to use. Complicated. Waste of time. Seems like a simple problem that even Google themselves can't fix.

It's too bad Google forms doesn't allow you to put something as simple as bold or italicized text into a form question, but this app does allow you to get 'er done. If you've done HTML coding, it's a snap, otherwise there's a wee learning curve. It's a lot of keystrokes to get one stinkin' bold letter or word but that's not the app's fault--Google is being unbelievably lame here--yeah I know it's free, but still it's Google, pioneer of technology. So for now, install this app and you'll be able to put words in italics and bold and get that pleasant sense of nostalgia as you recall what it was like to use a computer in the 80s.

Fairly Straight forward. Took ma little bit to get the syntax, but I figured it out. I you want to bold the word five then type: <b>five</b> then you go to the add-ons icon that appeared once you downloaded the program and hit "update forums."

Not working with the Linear Scale, team! Elsewhere working voila! EDIT: Finally, I added the syntax in another section, updated the font and then cut and paste the modified font to the Linear Scale section:) 5 Stars anyway!
