Form Bridge is a Google Sheets™ Add-on that bridges Form.io (the world's most advanced form designer) with Google Forms™. You design forms using a visual drag-and-drop builder inside Google Sheets™, and Form Bridge automatically generates a corresponding Google Form™, linking response data straight back to your spreadsheet.
The generated Standalone HTML contains the complete, lightweight Form.io rendering engine, custom formulas, validations, and a clean submission relay. Since it is pure, standard HTML, you can copy the code and deploy it absolutely anywhere—WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, or your own static website. The app fixes Google Forms' plain interface, adding data grids, formulas, and conditional fields via Form.io, plus clean HTML export for embedding forms anywhere. However, it needs clearer notes on which features get simplified in the Google Form conversion, basic spam protection for embedded forms, and clearer warnings about Apps Script quota limits. Hope the developer adds these improvements soon!

I’ve been really impressed with Form Bridge so far. It makes creating and managing forms much easier, especially with the drag-and-drop builder. I also like that the responses can go directly to Google Sheets, so everything stays simple and easy to manage. Being able to use the generated HTML on a website is a really nice bonus too. Overall, it’s a practical tool that saves a lot of time and gives you much more flexibility than regular Google Forms.
