I have LOVED this app for many years, and built my all of my work processes using it. Now it is broken, and almost never works (even processes that used to work a few days ago - but it's random..). if I open it, even if I have had everything set up prior, it immediately creates a "Template 1 Template1" template and I get the spinning wheel of death. This is creating serious problems at work, and costing me countless hours after school trying to make it work again. Yes, I've used the tool on the boards that tells you what is wrong, but more often than not it won't work anyway (and nothing has changed from when it did work, so I don't know if anything in my very deep usage of this is working at any time, so people might not get communications they're supposed to, getting me in trouble at work). I want to see this program fixed, because it used to be the most amazing thing ever!!

Hi Developer's Team, I’ve noticed that the "Form Mule" extension is running quite slowly. It would be great if there could be some optimizations to improve speed and overall performance. I believe this would enhance the user experience significantly. Faster response times and smoother operation would greatly improve the overall user experience. It's not working. Not able to see any option to run the ticket manually. Previously open option is reflecting but only help is reflecting in the option. I'm stuck

I am saddened that this extension no longer works like it used to. It made requests so simple and streamlined. Office is garbage, but will now used. Templates don't appear.

Loved it until the template just stopped working and when I go to edit or make a change to fix it, I just get the spinning wheel of death

Uh, I have been struggling with same issues. Templates not being created. This tool was so helpful that it seem aweful if this is good bye for it. Could the developers please take a look at it and resove the issues raised. Templates not being created, and difficult to access, etc. Can someone kindly provide me with a good alternative as this is not helping.

Seems to have bugs that are not being updated. Please check into the running of the program. For example, we cannot add multiple email templates or it will freeze.
