Turn your Google Forms™ form into a printable test or worksheet. Questions are never cut in half across pages, and you can also print an answer key and an A/B version. Read-only, nothing saved to Google Drive™. It only reads the questions of the form you have open. It does not change the form, creates nothing in your Google Drive™, and sends the form’s content nowhere. It asks only for permission to read the form you have open (forms.currentonly) and to show a sidebar. It cannot open your other files or your Google Drive™. Free - Print up to 20 questions per form - Every question type: choices as circles, checkboxes as boxes, ruled answer lines, grids as tables - No question split across pages - A4 or Letter, 2 to 8 answer lines, name / date / score fields - No watermark Paid ($19, one-time) - No question limit - Two columns - Answer key: correct answers marked, points and total - A/B versions: questions and choices shuffled (the same every time for the same form, so the key always matches) - Try every paid feature free for 7 days from the first time you open the add-on. After that, the free features keep working. The only outside service the add-on ever contacts is Gumroad, and only to check a license key: your browser sends only the license key and the product ID — nothing about you or your files. How to use Open a form, then click the Add-ons icon (puzzle piece) at the top, then Form Print for Google Forms™ > Open Form Print. Choose the paper and options, then press Print / Save as PDF. The printable page opens in a new tab with the print window. In the print window, set "Destination" to "Save as PDF" to download a PDF, or pick your printer. If you are signed in to more than one Google account and the sidebar does not load, open the form in a window signed in to only one account.
